Service team came and right after they left the AC shut down. Took 2 hours to return and tell be the repair for a pipe was 2700. Also when clearing the pipe they poured the acid in my lawn causing it to die. Called later and asked about a bucket of tools that they did not leave and a few hours later called about a missing IPad which was not at my home. Very disappointed with this service call.
Today April 17, in the Publix parking lot in Oakleaf. This van decided to block a couple of cars that were parked in the business. While I was leaving I told the driver that I needed to back up to leave. He ignored the first 2 times, and was completely rude. Would not use this company if this is the people they employ that are very unprofessional and entitled.
Chris and Kel did our annual a/c system servicing. They were punctual, polite and very knowledgeable. Even prior to the appointment you receive real time updates on arrival, which is so helpful when given a window of time they will arrive. Both did a great job, they thoroughly inspected our system and were even able to answer additional questions regarding other services that Service Experts provide. We have been extremely pleased with our a/c system that we have purchased through them! Thank you Chris and Kel for keeping our system in tip-top shape!
We were scheduled for an 8:00 am appointment to have a service completed, and no one called, no one showed up. Had to call them at 10:00 and cancel. Their Customer service is lacking greatly. Update to my review: The owners did reach out promptly to us, to get us back on the schedule for early next week and did apologize for the miscommunication. And I greatly appreciated that.
Had Service Experts out to my home today due to an issue with my HVAC system not cooling. Kyle and Eugene were on time, personable, very knowledgeable and kind. I appreciate their experience and detailed explaining of my issue, and it was fixed within minutes. I subscribed to a maintenance plan and am happy to be in a cool house now! Thanks guys, keep up the great work, you are much appreciated!
