Senor Loco Taco Jacksonville - Tinseltown

So thankful I can still enjoy my favorite spot while recovering from having surgery. I have ordered three times this week along but I normally go in with my daughter and grandson to enjoy lunch or dinner. I was so happy to see the message that someone left for me and sent my favorite cheese dip as I have a food allergy of tomatoes and cannot enjoy the salsa. This just made my day and if you have not tried this restaurant, I highly recommend this spot. Their drinks are always so good and I have never been disappointed with anything I have tried although the street nachos are my absolute favorite. Thank you again for my smile!

We had an amazing experience at El Señor Loco in Tinseltown, and a big part of it was thanks to our server Patricia. From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, attentive, and always had a warm, genuine smile. She paid attention to every detail, gave us great menu recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. Her service was fast, professional, and truly welcoming. Patricia definitely made our visit special, and we would come back just for her outstanding service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I would give it another visit. Place was very clean. Food was fresh. Waiter was ok. Table for four (the booth) was very, very tight for four normal sized to heavy adults. I think ok and cozy for two or for single diner the booth would be great. When dining alone I would definitely try this place again and update review if needed. But, I really enjoyed the cleanliness of place and freshness of the food. And it is close to movie theater so that's nice.

Went for the advertised $5 margarita promotion that was supposed to run all month. When I arrived, I was told they weren’t serving the $5 margarita that day and that I would have to pay $8 for a different margarita instead. I showed the staff the online promotion, but they dismissed it and still charged me $8 for a margarita that was served in a small plastic cup. If the promotion is only available on certain days, that should be clearly stated in the advertisement instead of saying it’s available all month. What made the experience even more frustrating was that after I left, the post advertising the $5 margaritas all month was taken down. It gave the impression that the promotion wasn’t being honored as it had been advertised. Overall, I was disappointed not only by the misleading promotion but also by how the staff handled the situation when I brought it to their attention.
