live load today. took 3 hours total. turning into the gate was a pain, i used the far right one to check in there with security. then head over to the woman with the flag, she was friendly. wait in line, spin around and park at line to check in. they slide tandems and check back of dry van. my pickup was paper bales and pickup number started with MF. if you don’t have a twic card, it’s $88 dollars with card & receipt or $108 via EFS check, but they don’t have any paper checks there FYI. they then assign you a lane to stage in, and i had to wait to get to the front of the stage lane, then escorted to loading dock area. backing was a little tight especially with tandems to the back as the fence is close, but wasn’t too bad. you have to wait inside the driver waiting area while loading. looked like vending and porta potty avail there. loading was quick though thankfully once i got into the dock. took like 25 mins. once done, close and seal up trailer and wait for escort to take ya back to the gate. again, about 3 hours in total arriving around 8am.

Be prepared to wait. Make sure trailer is clean and tandems can slide to the rear. When getting loaded or unloaded you can’t stay in your truck. Need a Twic card if not you will pay $75 I think for an escort. Plus safety vest.
If you don't have a twic card, you will have to wait along side road until 8am. Had a live pickup at 8am. Arrived 30min early. At entry post they will ask for pick up info, look inside tractor, then direct you to trailer staging for inspection. Go walk to check in, wait for paper, then walk back to trailer for inspection. Once you clear inspection, go back to check in. They will give u a dock or a row # to park in. If you get a row # wait for someone on golf cart to take u to dock
I been here a few times and each time it's always a smooth process. The staff are real cool people and getting load or unloaded don't take too long, but on my last visit the door I was assigned too needed th light pole and gate removed, but the escort assistant me in backing up safely
Disgustingly horrible treatment of drivers and passengers. My wife (elderly) was forced to sit in an old bus stop bench, 100°f 100% humidity and zero wind. She basically had a heat stroke, security saw her pass out on camera, then questioned her like she was mentally unstable. Didn't believe that I was stuck inside waiting for a load. Inhumane treatment for anyone. Your lucky someone hasn't sued the hell out of you. Even the police officers that showed up with the ambulance are fed up with this. They said the same thing happened the day before to another woman waiting on her husband. If the driver has WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION from the trucking company to have a rider then by all rights that rider shouldn't have to leave the truck. Will be in contact with local municipalities to get this changed.
