They love working with all Senior citizens. Pleasant and loving atmosphere and personnel, very very sweet and caring exercise coach, with a great center director. They have a Seniors Step Dancing group who have won several step dancing awards. Great place to be! Stop by and check them out, and you may even catch some of us doing some chair exercises and line dancing!🤗
Like coming here on the second Saturday for their pantry with community first. Used to come with my godmom before she passed.🙏🏾🥺
A great place to learn new information for the Senior Citizen and Young Children too.
Information shared was so helpful in next adventure into senior YouTube exercise classes coming up
