Doctor is nice but the service is subpar. I was in need of my prescription before traveling and called 10 times leaving multiple voicemails with no response. I was calling because the pharmacy they sent it to didn’t have the medicine. When I was able to reach someone they sent it to another pharmacy that also didn’t have it. If I didn’t call cvs i would have never known. The office proceeded to tell me it was my responsibility to make sure pharmacies had it. That process makes no sense.

My family had been with this practice for quite some time. The doctor did seem to take his time and was great during office visits. However getting anyone to answer the phone is a issue. Recently my husband needed medication refills before traveling out of the country for work. We scheduled a virtual visit to ensure there was no issue with his medication refills. The day of the visit comes and we receive a invoice for services BEFORE the virtual visit. We called to remind the office that we had met our portion of the deductible and owe nothing. We were told to pay it or the doctor would not attend the virtual visit. Attempted to remind them we had been thru this before and when we did just pay to get seen it took months for their office to refund us once paid in full by our insurance. Advised we would not pay; as our insurance would pay 100%. Was not seen. Received a letter days later stating our entire family was discharged from the practice. Have already secured a new physician. Will not recommend unless you enjoy paying unnecessary bills.

Dr. David is a good listener however the admin is a MESS. The 2nd appointment i once again paid over $100 just to be seen monthly, yet it’s been over a week and the prescription i have been prescribed has not been sent to my pharmacy. I leave voicemails over and over and no one calls back. This is an everyday medication and they are neglecting doing the simple task of sending off the medication. It is pretty much impossible to get in touch by phone but they somehow find the time to talk to you when they send you an invoice. It’s a shame Dr. David seems like a nice doctor but the admin truly ruin make this place a 1 star office.

I did my first video appointment with him. Absolutely terrific! Wish he was local for me as I would love to have him as my primary doctor! Fantastic during these uncertain times! Will recommend to all of my friends and family! Debbie who runs the front is also wonderful! Thank you and keep up the great work!
