Sargeant Service Center

I would like to start by saying that my experience, beginning to end, on my recent visit to have my brakes replaced, was phenomenal. The service was timely and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. Kevin, Adam, and Laura were all great service advisors. It was really nice that they offer shuttle service. This was a tremendous help getting me to and from work. Shout out to Paul for being a great driver and a good conversationalist. The Golden Retriever, Chief, was a pleasant surprise and I love that he warmed right up to me! Most especially, I would like to thank the mechanics who worked on my car because, after all, without them there wouldn't be Sargeants.

Wow, what to say here. I was visiting from Phoenix, my dad’s car, he is 96 in st. Augustine, broke down. So I was headed back to Phoenix in a couple days it was urgent to us to get the car fixed asap. We had been towed in by AAA and honestly, you can never tell with mechanics, plus I am so far from home. Sargeants came through for my dad and diagnosed the issue, ordered the new computer and installed the next day. Problem resolved. It was a little expensive though, googled computers they are 2-400 NEW, the one we got was used as it had programming from other cell phones on it. The labor should be 1-2 hours, plus diagnosis. We paid about 1550.00. The entire experience was very good, and they are a great team of professionals and got the job done timely. Thanks to you all!

This is my first time ever leaving a bad review for any business, but the cost of the work done and inconvenience warrants it. Long story short, they failed to correctly diagnose the cause of my car's issues after 3 attempts. Every time they replaced parts, those parts failed within a few weeks. In the case of the last two repairs, the car would break again just driving a few miles down the road after leaving the parking lot of Sargents! I had to go to another business to find the actual cause. So I lost several thousand dollars to Sargeants because the parts they used kept breaking, I kept needing to rent another car every time I brought the car back into the shop, and because I had to shell out additional funds to the other shop to correctly fix the issue. I'm extremely upset and would not recommend this business to anyone.

Working with Sargeant was one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had, and I am not exaggerating. Kevin is kind, helpful, and honest, and went WAY above and beyond to get my truck fixed and back to me. In what could have been a nightmarish disaster (broke down at 5pm on the way to literally the most important appointment of my life the following morning at 7:15 an hour away in Jax), the folks at Sargeant cushioned the blow of vehicle repair like no other. Thank you, Kevin and Adam, and everyone else who knocked this out!
