I really wanted to like this place, but after years of dealing with the same issues, it’s hard to justify coming back. About 3 out of every 5 visits, the self-wash stations don’t work properly. You end up stuck with nothing but rinse water and a dry scrub brush, which makes it almost impossible to actually clean your vehicle. It’s frustrating to pay for time and not get the basic functions you expect. They recently remodeled and added another bay for automatic, which is nice, but the self-wash side has been neglected for at least 5 years. That’s disappointing, especially for people who prefer to wash their own vehicles. If they put as much effort into maintaining the self-serve equipment as they did into the remodel, this place could be great. Until then, it’s hit or miss at best.
I always come here now especially because of the touchless and soft touch wash. I went here on 12/31/25 around 9:40pm and paid $15 for the “best” wash. I’m highly dissatisfied that for $15 and getting the best wash my car was full of soap still after. I also have a video but it’s not allowing me to post
Great experience using this do it yourself car wash! $10 for a good twenty minutes+ wash! Credit card accepted. Coin on the vacuum. ($5-$15 on the auto drive thru wash. )
Oftentimes the brush won't work, and then the quarters slot won't work, and then if you pay with the card it's $10 minimum, and so if you're going to pay 10 bucks just drive 2 minutes north to the Luvs and get a fully automated wash, plus free vacuuming for $10.
The auto touchless wash was ok. BEWARE of the vacuums! There is one in the back area (by the trees) that will eat your quarters as fast as you can put them in! Nothing in return! The ones that do work, work well.
