So glad to have found this place!!! It’s been a challenge transitioning from another state which offers great Mexican food. This place is a GEM!! We will definitely be back
I’m really disappointed with the Mexican Street Corn I received today. My boyfriend picked it up for me, and what I got was basically plain corn with mayo and a little cilantro — no tajin, no cheese, none of the toppings that actually make it Mexican Street Corn. I went back to return it, and was told they couldn’t do anything because it “left the building,” even though I wasn’t the one who ordered it and brought it right back. As someone who has managed restaurants, I know a simple $10 return is not unreasonable, especially when the item is brought back immediately. The manager didn’t come out, the service felt dismissive, and now I’m stuck with food I don’t want. If you want real Mexican Street Corn or Elote, go to Cinco De Mayo down the street — they actually make it right.
I had lunch burrito for $10 . it came with no extras like bean or rice. it was truly the worst burrito I ever ate in my entire life. the burrito was flat with hardly no beans.I asked the waiter why it did not have cheese on it.He said it did it mixed in with the beans. You could taste no cheese whatsoever. They put a little lettuce in sour.Cream on top no sauce bland no flavor. The waiter knew we wanted to check out and we waited at least 20 minutes before we got the bill. Not great service. a Taco Bell burrito would have been much better than what I paid $18 for.
The Chipotle burrito is probably the best burrito I've ever had. All 3 meat choices had smoky flavor, were not dry, and the portion was VERY generous. It was so much that I had to get the churro cheesecake in a to-go box. Aris was also very attentive and friendly. I'll definitely be back!!
The food was delicious but beware I was charged twice for dinner (once with and once without the tip). I called the restaurant who promised to call me back. They never did. I had to move on to reporting it to my credit card company. The credit did eventually come through. What a poor response. Reading through the reviews this is not the first time this has happened. With respect, my job is not to fix tour service issues. Be very wary about eating here.
