The quoted price for examining and repairing the dryer was fair, and the technician arrived on time and was knowledgeable about what needed to be done.
After troubleshooting the dryer myself, I appreciated how the technician walked me through their process and efficiently resolved the heating issue. Their clear explanation of what was wrong helped me understand the repair better.✔️
I was initially concerned about the availability of parts for my older refrigerator model, but the technician handled the repair efficiently, though it took a bit longer than anticipated. Overall, I was satisfied with the service and would consider using them again👍
I was expecting the oven to be fixed with no additional issues arising, and while the repair itself was done well, the technician did arrive later than scheduled.
The repair took about an hour, which seemed appropriate given the issues with my dryer. Compared to previous experiences, this visit was straightforward and got my dryer back to working condition quickly.
