Palencia Bike Shop, neighborhood Repair Service, by Appt.

Needed some gears fixed on my Specialized Hybrid Crosstrail. Wound up making a friend for life. Joe has... Surgical level attention to detail. Fast and honest communication. A genuine desire to help you understand what needs to be repaired, and why. Super flexible, right here in the neighborhood. My bike is somehow cleaner than the day I bought it. Joe is a Life Coach in disguise as a bicycle repairman. I’ll probably keep stopping by just so he can put a little air in my tires and give me life, business, and parenting advice. Thank you Joe!

Guy helped my son and I! We were in a pinch and my son relies on his bike to get to practice everyday. Guy took my son’s bike right I called and had it fixed the same day. Guy gave him a brand new back tire, inner tube, pair of new brakes, and a tune up. My son’s e-bike is riding like it’s brand new again. I will come to see Guy every time! Guy is hospitable and delivers top notch service! His price was affordable as well! Thank you Guy!!!!!

Great work, great prices, and fast turn around. Will absolutely use again. Couldn’t recommend more.

Meet Joe last week for the first time. Truely a great and helpful guy. Super knowledgeable about bikes. He was able to assist me in a bike repair with a same day turn around and a great price. Really nice that he is local in the Palencia community. Will certainly recommend to anyone
