I recently visited Rainbow Shades and had a fantastic experience thanks to the excellent customer service provided by Matt. He assisted me in selecting two different types of stylish sunglasses and took the time to explain the different types of polarized lenses available. His expertise and knowledge made the decision-making process much easier. About a month later, I returned to have my sunglasses adjusted and cleaned, and Matt recognized me and provided the same level of exceptional service. Overall, my experience at Rainbow Shades was a delight, largely due to Matt's personalized attention and willingness to go above and beyond. I highly recommend Rainbow Shades and commend Matt for his outstanding customer service.

Lori was an absolute gem of a human. We stopped in because it smelled incredible. She was very knowledgeable and ran over to tell us about all of the sales. Had a fantastic shopping experience. 10/10 would recommend!!

Matt helped me out in the Rainbow Shades in Atlantic Beach! He was very knowledgeable about the brands they sold. I purchased a second pair of Raen sunglasses from the store. He helped clean my old glasses and provided awesome customer service. They are usually always running deals so I highly recommend purchasing locally from here!
