Totally resodded entire Avondale front yard in May. Looked perfect. On a reccomendation I chose Safari to take care of the yard from literally day one. Currently (August) the yard is at least twenty percent dead grass and only getting worse.. I only wish I had fired them sooner. My plan now is to nurse the grass back to health myself (can't do any worse than Safari) and then be way more selective in choosing another company. Actuallly I may do it myself. They have shown a complete lack of expertise in lawn care. My grass was PERFECT in May and now a disaster in August. Live and learn I guess. You would think the technician would notice all the dead grass at his feet while spraying and do something about it without me having to point it out. Not happening.
We had a few spots on our front lawn that were browning from leaf spot fungus. Safari provided amazing customer service and Jonathan explained all of the services we required along with transparent pricing. Our lawn was treated the very next day and a detailed report was left on our doorstep. After a couple weeks, we can already see visible improvement in the areas that were treated, even in this extreme summer heat. I would absolutely recommend their lawn care services to anyone in the Jacksonville area.
Safari has been very good to work with, they got someone out in less than 3 days to do our interior and exterior for a solid price! Joseph was our technician and he was super respectful and great at what he does! Highly recommend them
Great experience. Safari was unable to spray my whole yard due to roofing work so sprayed a portion and left a note for rescheduling no extra charge. The young man who came was knowledgeable and gave me info about pet safety after spraying.
Excellent company with reasonable prices. I received a detailed estimate with various options for my lawn. Everything was explained very well to me. I later signed up for their pest control service too. Reliable and trustworthy company.
