Love coming here! Street tacos are the best I’ve had since living in San Diego. The pupusas are also SO delicious. Everything is always made fresh. Very friendly workers and fantastic service. Lots of items to choose from in the store/market as well. Seating outside if you want to hang out for lunch. I highly recommend trying them out!
Small place with BIG flavor. This is truly a hidden gem. If you blink twice you'll miss it. It's just off the main road in a stand alone location. The food is cooked fresh to order and it's DELICIOUS!!! The portions are nice, the price is good and the customer service was great. Definitely worth a trip
Excellent service and even better food. We ordered the pupusas and chorizo/egg tacos. Food was hot, well seasoned, and delicious. Store owner was all smiles and very pleasant. A hidden gem right off the beaten path - highly recommend this place.
I've been living here locally for going on 7 years now, moving here from my life long home in the Los Angeles area. Things I miss the most about Southern California are the concerts and the food. Mexican food being a top priority for me, I finally discovered Sabrozon (as well as their sister location, La Sabrosa in Middleburg that sadly, recently closed}, about 4 years ago. I'm extremely finicky and picky when it comes to my Mexican fare. The asada street tacos and the enchiladas, (beef and/or chicken), are truly 2nd to NONE. I've been to and tried EVERY Mexican restaurant from Orange Park to St Augustine to Jax Beach to Amelia Island. Sabrozon Deli and Grocery, is the ONLY place that actually makes it right and truly authentic. The Owner and workers are always friendly and welcoming. Easily my Favorite place to eat!
If you're patient enough to wait for the teenager behind the counter to stop playing games on her phone while talking to her friends on speaker (We stood at the counter for 3 minutes), then this place might be okay for you. I personally will not be returning because of this.
