I had an appointment with Dr. Parthvi early July and in the following days called her office many times regarding medication and equipment that was never received. Finally I drove to her office where the staff was aloof and told me to be patient. We are now in September and still have not heard from the doctor or medical equipment place.
Dr Parthvi is an excellent doctor. She asked very relevant questions and listens to me with care and attention. I am very happy to have met her for my care and treatment. She also has an exceptional team and helpful front desk staff. Thanks to Dr Parthvi and her team.
My mother was a patient at the hospital. We needed information and a few vital prescription renewals. Left 5 messages on her voicemail. Never got a call back. No one answers at the office.. unprofessional. How can we get oxygen and other scrips taken care of? Hoping the pharmacy can contact.. but still waiting.
My appointment was at 330 i arrived and checked in at three, I walked out at 5 o'clock. Still not seeing the doctor then they tried to schedule me appointments for referrals That I had no idea they were doing This is a horrible office.
What is this ridiculousness from your office??? I received a bill with my name and dateof birth when I have never been a patient in your office. I don't even know where it's located. The bill is hand written and the date of visit says n/a and then it's whited out. How are you getting my name and date of birth details? I need a written apology.
