Went there for my first appointment and was impressed with each staff member I interacted with. I was nervous going in everyone really helped with that. Dr. Melzer was extremely patient and explained everything to make sure I understood what was going on with my care plan. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Absolutely great experience from check in to check out. The front office staff were kind and helpful, the nursing staff was caring and informative and the doctor was hands down wonderful. He listened to my extensive and difficult history, answered all my questions, asked questions no ent has ever bothered to ask, and came up with a plan that has a direct course of action and clearly outlined the possible end results and next steps. I could not recommend him more. He took a very tentative approach instead of suggesting aggressive insurance draining procedures and was generally just a refreshing provider to work with.

The good doctor got me in quickly, and was very gentle with my ears. I got the ear drops to resolve the fungal infection and a second set of your drops to restore good function. He is very gentle and communicated well I would recommend him to everybody

New patient: Friendly and easy check in at the front desk. I was called by the nurse within a few minutes upon arrival. Dr. Melzer was attentive to my concerns and recommended treatment for my issues. He took the time to explain to me what the CT scan showed and what my next steps should be. I will return in a few weeks to discuss the results of his treatment. I am breathing better already!! Thank you!
