I’m getting two stars because of cheap gas and the owner is nice and had a good business I liked visiting but no longer. I haven’t seen him there in a long time. The owner and whoever was working with them up until sometime maybe a year ago maybe six months not sure new faces started popping up and particular this one possibly Eastern European blonde kid who refused to take my JFK half dollars when I was buying dip because I was short on cash and he refused to take them says we don’t take those here. I’m like you don’t take American currency and he says no they don’t take those and I’m perplexed pissed so I just laugh and say you’re not taking American currency OK I drove somewhere else. I came in another time while the owner was there and called him over and asked him to show the guy what these were he completed the sale with the JFK half dollars while the owner was there and I guess he’s been carrying an attitude ever since. The loyalty number for Punch in to get a little discount on certain items is to the left, hidden behind a little display. I tried to put my number in, but the blonde kid puts I guess his own number in I tried to put my number in on the last time I was there and he pulls it back behind the display and puts his own number in or some number, but my number is no longer able to be entered because I have no access to the loyalty pin pad and the kid uses his own number probably. I’ve been coming here to get gas and dip for five years probably six. It’s went way down in the past year because of interactions at the store now I will not be back. It’s cheaper to fill up at Sam’s anyways $.20 cheaper a gallon at the least too bad this place is close.
Owner is a super nice guy. Anytime he recommends something to me I buy it bc it's always good. Gas is typically less costly by like . 10 or .15 per gal, plus you can stop here for probably most or all of your vices.
This place has a bad attitude towards customers. BAD PRODUCTS, BAD GAS!! Majority of products inside are expired or near expiration and they are dirty store in general. Skip this place if you need anything— not worth coming here honestly even with them having their prices a couple cents lower than other their gas is watered down I had my car shut off after gassing here and had to get my gas tank drained because the gas had water in it Also, regardless if they sell you something from the inside that’s faulty or short and you open it right there before you leave and show them they sold you something faulty or short they will refuse to exchange it… bought bottle of hydro 7 and was 9 of them not 10 multiple times then I opened the bottle in the store to show them and started opening the bottle in the store to show them every time before I left, came in and paid for a bottle then opened it and was 8 and 1 broken into many pieces so I asked the kid at the register bro can you give me another one and they refused… that’s not customers fault that’s suppliers fault… if supplier is giving you guys faulty products you’re suppose to take that up with your supplier but dont fault the customer for a supplier issue. Needless to say I won’t be coming back to this store when there’s another blue gas station with an actual smoke shop just down the street by the train tracks on phillips— only reason I came to this one was because the one on phillips had ran out of the 250 hydro 7s so i figured id just come to this one but the albanian kid at the register the young blonde kid just was smug and refused to give me another bottle and take the short one with the broken ones back… I understand if you walk out of a smoke shop or a store and then come back you cant really get a refund and i understand that because anybody can switch the product out or claim it was short but if your customer opens the product right in front of you right after they pay without ever leaving the store you’re suppose to make it right and then return the faulty or short product to your supplier. Thats just pure laziness on this stores side because they’re too lazy to deal with their supplier they make the customer have to suffer.. They’re bad people in general and due to their laziness and selling bad products and being too lazy to make a case to their supplier for selling them faulty or short products they fault the customer.

After how I got Badly Treated at the Old Kings Rd Store Mobile. I am very pleased to say this store is a breath of fresh air. Clean and employees have a good attitude
