Royal Hot Pot & BBQ

This is one of the prettiest restaurants I have ever seen! Not only is it stunning inside but incredibly clean. You get to eat both hot pot AND BBQ! The buffet line is organized so well and there are so many options - truly something for everyone! The sushi was amazing also! The meat selection was plentiful and both crab legs and oysters available as well! Everything was so delicious and it was such a wonderful experience. You must get a tea as well - super refreshing and delicious. I got the passion fruit tea. There are even multiple flavors of ice cream cups to top off your meal! This restaurant is a MUST visit and we are SO LUCKY to have this located in the heart of Mandarin - easy to get to and ample Parking!

First time ever having any kind of Hot Pot. The staff was so friendly, understanding, informational, and accommodating. There was so much to choose to from that I was able to try new protein cuts, vegetables and sauces. It really put me outside my comfort zone in the best way possible.

As a person who had been to several hotpot places & I never had an experience like this one. Will never be back to this place! Came in on Thursday at 4:45pm, all the different meats I made all fatty, and the parts that were not fat still hard to chewy. The sushi was not fresh, the crab legs tasted like water, tasted like the crab legs were over ice for 5 days. I got the miso soup, tasted nothing like miso & the seaweed salad was bitter. I felt like I was at a Buffett off a highway in a random city, & while I was eating I was thinking to myself I hope I don’t get sick, as the little food I had just wasn’t tasting right, tried to talk to the manager that went as well as you wouldn’t think. Sad

Our waitress Thu was hospitable and patient with us it was our first time here. The broth was delicious I had Tom Yum!!! The buffet had everything from bulgogi to oysters sushi fruit dessert everything!!!!! It was top tier we will be back!
