Mallory & Joni have allowed me to “feel” like myself again! Joni has been able to help me understand how my body reacts to foods/chemicals and has provided support post-menopausal symptoms! Mallory has been a savior with her fascia releases and recovery from rotator cuff surgery. Every visit with her allows me to understand motions/stretches and continues to push me forward to a greater strength! I will forever be grateful for finding them and all they have helped me with over the last year!
We absolutely love Route to Wellness and seeing Dr. Caroline. I love that they have a ‘whole body’ approach and integrate muscle testing for nutrition response as well as peptide therapy. I can’t wait to try the myofascial release and the EMET Trauma Resolution program. Route to Wellness is truly the solution to better living!
I could not say enough good things about this practice! I love working with Joni and Mallory for both NRT and Myofascial treatments. Not only are they super fun to talk to and get to know, their treatments are effective and I find myself feeling better every time I see them. I would definitely recommend to anyone interested!
