Really lovely Yoga studio - my husband and I were visiting the area since we are moving here in a few weeks and wanted to see what local Yoga studios are like. We come from Ohio and have been practicing consistently for a few years. Brittany was so welcoming & lead a great Power class that gave us everything we needed. You can immediately feel the warm & welcoming energy from the rest of the students/their community as well. :) we will definitely be back very soon!!!
Super welcoming & friendly. Lauren led an awesome practice. Best of all was that mats are free to borrow which is great for people like me who are just visiting for work and don't pack one. Definitely will be back! This is probably my second favorite studio I've been too, after my home studio. Keep it up. ❤️ Also really love the variety of yoga!
I absolutely love this studio. You will get a great workout in while sweating a lot. Love the community here. The owner Caia is so welcoming and all of the instructors are top notch. All of the formats are great. There is really something for everyone on the schedule. So happy I found this place. It re ignited my love for yoga. ❤️
Root to Rise goes above and beyond as a yoga studio. Both instructors and students are always so kind and welcoming, they really do make you feel like family. They have so many class options so it’s easy to find one that fits into your schedule! I genuinely look forward to being able to practice here whenever I can. It is such a fun and loving environment with the best community! ☺️
