I absolutely love Capstone Fitness! Christina and Ben are incredibly helpful, motivating, and genuinely invested in your progress. Their structured classes are one of my favorite things about this gym; you can customize each workout to be as easy or as challenging as you need, which is perfect whether you’re just starting out, working around limitations or injuries, or pushing for your next goal. I’ve been going for about 1.5 years now, and I’m stronger than I’ve ever been. I even convinced my husband to start coming with me, and he’s loving it too! The class sizes are just right. They're not too big so you never feel like just a number, and not too small so the energy stays fun and encouraging. If you ever need help modifying a movement or adjusting a routine, Christina and Ben are right there with thoughtful guidance. The class schedule has made it incredibly easy to build a consistent routine. I now regularly work out 4–5 times a week, something I never thought I’d say. Their structure and support keep you accountable in such a positive way, and it takes all the guesswork out of working out. With an environment that’s positive, supportive, and fun, showing up at 6 AM every day actually feels easy. Beyond getting physically stronger, I’ve noticed a huge boost in my confidence and overall energy. It’s such an empowering feeling to see and feel real progress, and it’s all thanks to the environment they’ve created. If you’re looking for a gym that offers personalized attention, effective workouts, and a welcoming community atmosphere, Capstone Fitness is truly fantastic. I can’t recommend it enough!
Walking into Capstone 6 months ago has changed me for the better. I’ve learned so much about the benefits of resistance training and the nutrition my body needs. I’m eating more but getting results and feel better than I have in years. Christina and Ben focus on fundamentals that work, not fads or trends. Give Capstone a try…you will thank yourself!
Joining Capstone Fitness has been one of the best and most rewarding things I have ever done for myself. Prior to joining I was working out at other neighborhood franchise gyms or on my own and tried various nutrition programs without any real results. I started at Capstone with personal training sessions with Christina to get a "feel" for things and quickly progressed into their group fitness classes. They are tough and effective. Christina and Ben have such a special program that truly works! I have learned so much from the two them. Come check us out - you won't regret it!
