I was referred to Roofing Pro by a previous customer and I am so glad for this reference! Roofing Pro did a fabulous job on our dad's roof! Absolutely amazing job and awesome customer service from start to finish. David Driver made our experience a pleasant one. He stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process, and kept things running smoothly from start to finish. He checked in with us regularly and was available for any questions, which made the process easier for us. Given our dad's age, David spoke to him with respect and made it very easy for him to understand. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a new roof. David and the entire team were very detailed and professional!
Process was made easy by the project manage Robin, walked me through every step and worked with my schedule to get things done. What was supposed to he a 3 day job turned into 2, and the workers were very attentive to any requests and made sure to take care not to damage the yard, fence or driveway.
Great team to work with for installing my new roof. Responsive to my questions. Work was completed in 2 days and the cleanup was amazing! I’m glad I chose Roofing Pros USA to install my new roof!
While it took a bit to deal with the insurance company, the staff at Roofing Pros handled everything quickly and easily. I dealt with Robin Marine who was very professional as well as personable. The men who actually did the work on the roof were also easy to deal with. They kept the area clean of debris. I would definitely recommend this company if you need a new roof.
Robbie and Steve were doing a courtesy walk through in my neighborhood as several homes had roof damage from a recent storm. Normally I would not listen to the sales pitch, but I knew I did have some damage. Robbie was the lead so he is the one to go over the details. He was very knowledgeable concerning my roof and the Roofing Pros product and policy. He was very polite as he went over step my step how the process works. He really seemed to be honest and I felt very comfortable with having Roofing Pros USA Jacksonville replacing my roof.
