I have been receiving multiple unsolicited calls daily soliciting roof repair and replacement services. The calls consistently show up as suspicious on my phone, and when I ask basic questions such as whether the caller holds a valid contractor’s license or is licensed in my county, they hang up without answering. After some persistence, I was given the contact information for the company that hired these telemarketers. When I spoke with a representative there, I was told the calls were not coming from overseas telemarketers and that no rules were being broken — however, my number has been on the Do Not Call Registry for many years, and the callers are unable to answer the most basic licensing questions. I am pursuing this matter through the appropriate formal channels. If you are considering using this company, I’d encourage you to ask pointed questions about how they handle their marketing practices.
Casey Rivera was my rep for my roof replacement. He is professional and provided and through understanding of the replacement process. He worked with the insurance Landmark Commercial Realty to help make the claim was done promptly. His follow up with me and the insurance was outstanding and very prompt.
