Noah came out to evaluate a leak going to my gas water heater. After he assessed the damage to the pipe, he also checked to confirm if the water heater was actually working, and it turns out it was not. He waited on hold for a long period of time trying to get hold of support, who then helped him troubleshoot the error code that the gas heater was showing. It was ultimately determined that I needed to replace the water heater. Unfortunately it was late Thursday evening and the next day was a holiday, which meant that it probably would not get repaired until Monday. He started calling around to suppliers to locate the specific brand of water heater, so he could get it that evening and return the next morning to install it. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to get it that evening and spent many hours Friday morning trying to locate one, which he finally did ,and then had the supplier open the store so he could pick it up. Then he and a coworker came over that afternoon to install it. All of those hours of effort he spent simply because "he promised that we would have hot water for the weekend". They installed the water heater, tested it, verified that everything was working properly, and even insulated the pipes. He generally cared about doing the job and doing it right. Noah was professional, knowledgeable, and he took the time to explain everything we need to do to keep it functioning well moving forward. Customer service like this is getting harder and harder to find but Noah represented your company exceptionally well. This guy is a keeper. Thank you Noah for a job very well done!
Our technician Justin was awesome. He checked over our sink and toilet amd diagnosed the problem quickly. He gave us an estimate and began working. He explained everything to us as he was going and explained other services that are offered. We never felt pressure and was comfortable with the repairs and cost. Would 100% recommend anyone to use this business
I live in a HOA condo community and they called Rolland Reash Plumbing in response to what I suspected to be a shared stack/common line clog. Abraham was my technician, he was very attentive to my explanation of the suspected issue and did an awesome job clearing the issue. Highly recommend Rolland Reash as they do honest and great work.
I had the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!! Noah was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! He was knowledgeable and explained everything so well that even a child could understand. He was clean and very neat. He was so polite. He was such a joy! He deserves a raise because I’m sure I am not the first person to praise this young man 👏🏾👏🏾
