Robin is an outstanding realtor and sold a townhome for us in 3 days over the course of Thanksgiving weekend. We wanted to move to a house and couldn’t buy until our townhome sold so Robin set up one open house on the Saturday after Thanksgiving and by Monday we had a cash offer that we accepted. Robin then showed us 3 properties that we really liked and we fell in love with one of them. Robin immediately went to work to make sure we didn’t lose it. She was great dealing with the sellers realtor and in a matter of less than 17 days Robin managed to sell our townhome for what we wanted and turned around and helped us get the home of our dreams. This was during the holidays and Robin worked tirelessly to make the two deals work. The whole thing seemed like a Christmas Miracle as we moved into our new home right before Christmas . This is the second time we have used Robin as a realtor and I can honestly say she is the best realtor in Jacksonville. If you are looking for honesty, incredible communication and responsiveness in a realtor Robin is the answer. She knows the market in Jacksonville extremely well and gave us great advise. Robin is simply the best in Jacksonville and I would recommend her on any family and friends looking for a realtor.
Robin recently sold my condo in Jacksonville Beach. It sold in approximately 60 days which was awesome. It was a pleasure working with Robin. Always professional, personal and collaborative. She made the entire selling process a seamless experience for me. I found her to be extremely responsive and available, always providing helpful and honest feedback.
