First let me say the roof looks great. Very good job. Roofers very professional. They speak no English so you can not communicate with them. Next this is how it all unfolded. Gavin came around one evening and followed up the next day. My insurance company approved a new roof. All I needed to do was pay my deductible. Done. 8 weeks later I still had not heard anything. Kelly was suppose to call and set everything up. Nothing. Kelly does not return calls. There is absolutely NO communication after they get money from customer and then down payment from insurance company. Finally after 9 weeks the material is delivered, and left of my lawn, without notice, the trash bin is delivered one week later, without notification and the roofers appeared the next day, without notification. They worked 6 hours and left without any explanation. I did not hear anything until 1:00 the next day. They completed the job and left all excess material on my lawn to kill the grass. I called Kelly on Friday to get the bin picked up and the supplies off of my grass. Four days later I had to call again and they finally came the next day. Their LACK of communication Sucks! Gavin was very professional but evidently gets paid by the jobs he acquires. They need a course in customer service.
First day they arrived early and went straight to work. I am very impressed. They are keeping up with the clean up as they go. Great teamwork and everyone is working hard and very professional. I just pray for their safety up there! Also, I am very protective concerning my new gutters and when i told them they had no problem moving the ladder away from my gutters. That let me know they care about the customer. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a roof. I have to be honest, i didn't know what to expect. Thank you.
There are hundreds of testimonials of the numerous positive work and customer experiences from the work this company has done. We build about 60 roofs a month with a 4-6 week wait time after approval from your insurance company. This company is very good to its customers and has never left a roof unfinished (we would not longer have a license if this were the case!) They train experts who show up on time and complete fantastic quality work with great customer service! The negative reviews you may see here and other places are from a time when each roofing company had a hard time finding materials and support. Every manufacturer of shingles was experiencing inventory issues stemming from storm damage across Florida and Texas - occurring simultaneously. These are unforeseen and difficult circumstances to navigate. The owner of the Jacksonville branch drove his vehicle around to work cites, across the state, and recruited teams of roofers! I repeat if the customer paid RMX the roof must be completed and passed inspection or we would not be business!!
Needed a roof redone due to storm damage. They were spot on and got the job done quickly! The roofers showed up bright and early at 7am, as I was told they would do, and they completed the job in ONE day! They cleaned up as they went as well. No nails or trash left on my lawn, roof, or driveways. Every person who worked on my roof- from the customer service to the job itself was professional and courteous! The city inspector told me post roofing job that the roofers did a great job on my roof!
This company is Super unorganized, never follow through in a timely manner, finished my roof and I had to call them for an invoice project coordinator always deflects and says call kim at the office I had to inform him she no longer worked there then I get a hold of her replacement and they said the bill wasn't ready yet. Fine please send it when ready never heard back from them. Got a call from a collection agency with an inflated balance due. Never got a call or letter from RMX for a balance due
