My mom lives here and she is dealing with second hand smoke although she has complained numerous times to the manager. She told my mom that it was residents that were grandfathered in and they are allowed to smoke. She then provided my mom with a small Air Purifier that did not solve the issue. She spoke with the person over here and he told my mom the same thing. It appears there is no concern for these elderly people that are in danger of getting lung cancer, or heart disease. The concern doesn't seem to be for the tenants at all. This is supposed to be an elderly community as well as they receive funds from the government I am not sure how smoking is allowed in this building at all.

Mi mum lived here for ten years until she past away 4 years ago in her apartment she said it was very nice for her for or for single seniors on fixed income The building has excellent security staff and it is in a very nice nice neighborhood with easy access to nearby shopping stores.

Very helpful and respectful. Eric answered all our questions and we got a very friendly feeling about the apartments Love all the trees . Thanks Eric!
Love the location and appearance of the buildings. However, I’ve tried to contact their office numerous times to no avail. Their website is also not the best/easiest to navigate.
