River City Trucks

I recently bought a truck from these guys. They had a great price, better than anywhere I went. I had the truck looked at by my mechanic and he said if I didn't buy it he would, so I bought it. I have to say, I had a great experience with the place and LOVE my F250 diesel from the Truck Monkey. Their building is a little old looking and could use some paint, but they really did me right and got my financing done without a hitch. I would recommend this place for a truck purchase and say don't let the look fool you it's real.

Very poor business and communication. Shady dealings. We had an appt to look at a vehicle, we were willing to see it sooner but he put us off. Didn’t let us know someone else was interested. We stand there waiting to look at the vehicle and test drive it, at the time the seller told us to come back. The vehicle was gone when we got there and waited for the seller to get there. He arrives in the vehicle and told us this person bought. it before we could even drive it. It was evident the seller knew someone else was interested and could have let us know before we drove 40 minutes. REPLY BACK TO REBUTTAL… *THANK you for this very important lesson to my son and daughter about shopping with used car salesmen. No we did not arrive late. We arrived 5 minutes before the appointment that YOU set even though we asked to come earlier. You said you weren’t available until 2. And how would you know what time we arrived since you were not on the premises as promised. “Someone bought the car before them”… why was that allowed to happen when you gave your word on an appointment? And you say “another offered more, made a better offer”… that is false since we never had a chance to make an offer. Finally, I’m sorry I gave up trying to make sense of what you’re going on about regarding Black Friday and Walmart TVs.

Bought a 93 Jeep Grand Cherokee "Jurassic Park" tribute. The owner had this in his Jeep collection and did a good job of making it a good solid Jeep. They have a lot of Jeeps there and they said they collect them. I have not had any issues so far with my Jeep I bought back in November 2017. It really gets a lot of attention when I drive it around and I have been please with the deal I made as well as the Jeep itself. If your looking for a Jeep, I would call these guys first, they have a lot of them to pick from. I would recommend them even if your looking for other cars, they have other stuff too.

I bought a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 4X4 from this place. I live not far away and had been watching to see if something was there I likes. Forrest told me about the truck and we drove it around a bit. I took it to a repair shop and had it inspected and once it passed, I went back and bought the truck using Navy Fed. Forrest was able to contact Navy Fed and get them the documents they needed to finance the truck for me. This was the smoothest car deal I ever made. Now, I will say Forrest likes to talk about real estate and politics A LOT! He kind of went on about this stuff, but I have to say I found it very interesting. I would definitely recommend them for buying a vehicle. On a scale of 1 to 10 this place scores a 15 for me! By the way, I know the place looks like an old farm house, but these guys are very much down to earth, honest and most of all straight forward when dealing with people.
