Paul and his team listened to our desires for the family before crafting documents which perfectly met our needs. This included a special needs trust which requires special knowledge of both former and new statutes that have come into play. I recently met with attorney Paul Cain for a complimentary consultation to handle some financial matters for my elder parents (one in a nursing and the other needing to go in). Paul was extremely knowledgeable and more than generous with his time. He is thorough, organized and attentive to detail. I was extremely impressed. He took the time to truly understand our concerns and our objectives. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable. Later that same day I received an impeccably detailed recap of our meeting, and I received a printed copy in the mail two days later. Once again.... impressive. Although I chose to work with another firm for my parents situation (nothing to do with Paul and Rise Up Legal), I wouldn't behave any reservations about working with Paul and his team. I already plan on using him for my own stuff so that my own kids don't have to deal with the crap I have had to deal with for my parents that thought they were going to live forever and never planned for the future.

Rise up legal went far beyond our expectations. Paul Melissa and Carly were so very patient with us and assuaged all of our anxieties about the legal gobbledygook that we were looking at. They explained everything very clearly many times over for us and we truly appreciated their patience and their expertise. All of our questions were always explained very clearly and completely. Besides, what is stated above these people are truly nice people. We not only put our legal trust in their hands, but we gave them our personal trust too. We highly recommend them.

My experience with Rise Up Legal has been pretty phenomenal to say the least. Mr. Cain was very professional from the consultation meeting to present day. His wife Melissa was also awesome both were so helpful in my current handling of my mom's estate and trust. The paralegal's Madison and Jordan are also great.
