Rise Nocatee

Brought my mom in to check out this 55+ apartment community that gives access to all the Nocatee amenities and fell in love. Absolutely beautifully designed in and out, I even saw an espresso machine in the beautiful lobby/lounge…. My brother and I both felt WE are ready to move in here, although we’re not 55 yet! Was introduced to a big group of the neighbors playing mah-jongg in the incredibly beautiful lobby, seriously, warm vibes and good times. The complex offers all kinds of weekly activities for folks, and the pool is heated to 82°, love that!! They also have a super convenient pet washing station and a gorgeous lounge/music room with an old-school record player and (a few) albums. Susan the GM was welcoming, kind and hospitable. The apartments are in a great location, nearby lots of stores, banks, medical facilities and even a seafood shack just minutes away.

My wife and I recently moved into Rise At Nocatee. We could not be happier. Jerry and Morgan have been amazing to work with and help us get settled in. It is a spectacular building and the grounds and pool area is beautifully kept. Our apartment is absolutely perfect for what we were looking for.

We were given a tour of the facility and were very impressed with the amenities. The pool is heated during the winter, and each unit had a washer and dryer, upgraded appliances. It would be a place I would definitely consider leasing.
