As an occupational therapy practitioner, I spend my days helping others care for their bodies — but over time, work has definitely taken a toll on mine. On top of the physical demands of my job, being a mom of one and the changes my body went through during pregnancy — especially with posture and weight — have made it difficult to fully recover. I came in carrying a lot of discomfort and concerns. From the very beginning, Ms. Cindy’s warm hospitality stood out. I had to reschedule my initial appointment multiple times, and she was always so kind and accommodating. That level of patience and understanding truly made a difference. I deeply appreciate how Dr. Klosterman and Dr. Arino approach my case with such knowledge and professionalism. I expressed numerous complaints and areas of discomfort, and Dr. Klosterman was able to really break down (“chunk”) my concerns into a clear, organized care plan that felt realistic and personalized. I’ve been to several chiropractic clinics before, but this one truly stands out. The providers are thorough in their assessments and never rush appointments. They take the time to explain what’s contributing to the discomfort and tailor treatment accordingly. I especially value their holistic approach — combining adjustments with education on posture, adjustment/s, other alternative tx such as acupuncture, and long-term prevention strategies that I can carry into my daily life. The entire team creates a calm, supportive environment. As someone in healthcare, I genuinely value providers who practice with both competence and compassion. The experience was absolutely amazing. Mr Eddie was very helpful and knowledgeable about getting things together for me. I did the RED LIGHT THERAPY. Great experience over . Dr. Klosterman was extremely nice and helpful when it came to referring a friend.
Well where do I start? From the moment I first walked in I was greeted with the warmest welcome. During the first consultation they were extremely clear in explaining everything. They created an amazing package for me. At first was still a bit skeptical if needing all the treatments. They were kind enough to break it into portions. And bit by bit I’m completing the package. They are very understanding with scheduling and always assisting to help. The customer service here is top top notch. (Gold Standard) Very happy that them. If you’re looking for a trusting Chiropractic this is your spot.
Great practice, thorough and very knowledgeable. The doctors took their time explaining what they see as my concerns and we're working on a plan to get things corrected.
I’m on a 12 week program and after only two visits, the tingling in my hands has improved 95%. I highly recommend. The thing I liked the most about this experience is that I was x-rayed and my care plan was carefully determined. before moving forward.
