Not your typical gym. The name will speak for itself. This is a training facility. I will say this "go hard or go home". No pain. No gain. Great coaches, good atmosphere.. They offer several different styles of training. They have training for kids, teenagers and adults. Go check them out. You won't regret it. They will definitely get you together. Highly recommend.

Great training facility and environment. Coaches are professional and knowledgeable, they train with purpose. This's the right place to take your physical abilities to the next level. Grateful to have them around and will recommend them in a heartbeat.
Rise and Grind, from top to bottom is top notch. I’ve been around athletics my entire life, and from a preparation standpoint point, and mental side of the game, there is none better. Jason is constantly in the books and studying the latest trends and techniques. My son has worked out here for five years and it’s been nothing less than incredible from what he’s gained athletically and mentally. Staff is incredible. Can not recommend R&G enough. The Best.
Great place for the kids to learn, grow confidence and get in shape. The coaches are awesome with the kids. My son gets upset when he has to miss his practice!
The name speaks for itself. I've never seen my son work this hard. But it's definitely for his benefit. Hard work pays off.. he is actually lifting the correct way. Thanks Coach Smith and Coach Sean
