This place needs to get six stars! We had electronic problems with the entire ABS system in our 2015 explorer. We brought it to two different Ford dealerships, multiple times, and neither one could solve the problem or find parts. Ford claimed the parts were "obsolete" and unavailable. We basically were looking at totaling the car because the brake system couldn't be repaired. Then we brought it to Nick. He found the parts and had them installed and the problem is now solved after almost 2 years of battling Ford unsuccessfully. We also had electrical problems with the transmission in our 2003 Silverado that the Chevy dealer could not figure out or fix. Nick had it resolved in a day! If you've got an electrical problem, this is the only shop within 500 miles that you should go to! Thank you!!!!! Also, great staff and cool decor at the shop...
We can’t say enough good things about Richbourg Certified Car Care! We had a tire start losing air on our way to a mini vacation and pulled in just before closing time. Not only did they stop to help us, but they had the tire plugged and us safely back on the road in less than 10 minutes — at no charge! They used the coolest tire repair method we’ve ever seen and treated us with such kindness and professionalism. Excellent customer service and genuinely good people. Highly recommend!
Got to give a huge shout out to the crew @ Richbourg's! Not only have they taken care of my step dads vehicle they got me back on the road quick as hell! Thank you for the solid work y'all! I'll definitely be recommending y'all if anyone I know needs some work done.
Unbelievable service. I was stuck on the road. They came by in minutes and got me up and running. The boys were awesome!!!!
I'm from out town and was desperate. My water pump went out on my Expedition just days before Christmas and these folks got me in, fixed the pump and I was back to my family the same day! Thanks Lilly and the skilled mechanic that got me back on the road and saved Christmas!
