Richard & Sons Roof Repair

Richard & Sons Roof Repair did a great job on my new roof and siding in Jacksonville. Most of my communication was with bennett, and he was excellent from start to finish. he was very busy, but he still took time to answer all my questions and explain the roofing process in simple terms. We took a while to choose the right siding color, and he stayed patient the whole time. He was easy to reach by phone, text, and email, which made the project much less stressful. bennett knows a lot about shingles, flashing, siding, windows, and overall roof system work, so i felt confident in the recommendations. While the crew was installing the shingles, colby was on site checking the work and making sure everything was being done the right way and up to a high standard. After the roof was finished, jaden stopped by to make sure we were fully satisfied with the completed work. I really appreciated that extra follow-up. It also meant a lot that the work was inspected again afterward, because it showed real care for quality, workmanship, and customer service. In a hot and rainy place like Jacksonville, it is important to have a roof installed correctly, and this team made me feel comfortable throughout the whole job. A few nearby neighbors have also used them for roofing work and had very good things to say. i would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof repair, roof replacement, or siding work.

we have a 90+ year old home with a very complex roof system, including parapet walls, flat sections, and eyebrow windows. it also had two old roofing layers and many patch jobs from past years that were not done well. colby's crew arrived on time and got right to work, removing all the worn roofing down to the bare wood deck so the roof could be rebuilt the right way. after that, they handled the needed deck and substrate repairs carefully and explained what they were doing along the way. the workmanship and attention to detail were better than i expected. they installed rubber roofing in the parapet areas, shingled the pitched sections, added clean flashing at every roof transition, and capped the tops of the parapet walls for better protection and a finished look. jaden and bennett made the whole roofing process smooth, professional, and easy to trust. i could not be happier with the final result, and i feel much better knowing the home now has a strong, well-built roof ready for florida heat, heavy rain, and wind.

We cannot say enough good things about Richard & Sons Roof Repair and the team. From Bennett, the project manager, to Jaden and Colby who led the roofing crews, everyone showed real customer care and strong roofing knowledge. Bennett took time to listen to our concerns about the roof, explain the shingle and gutter options, and walk us through the full roof replacement process in a simple way. We were kept updated on the schedule, and all of our questions were answered clearly and quickly. Jaden and the crew removed the old roofing materials and installed the new roof efficiently, while also protecting our yard and cleaning up all debris when the job was done. Colby also stopped by to help with a piece of exterior trim on the upper part of the home after strong wind had caused damage. Even though it was outside the main roofing scope, that extra help meant a lot. In our experience, it is not easy to find a roofer in Jacksonville that combines honesty, professionalism, clear communication, and quality workmanship like this. The whole project felt well organized from start to finish, and the new roof and gutters look great. We are very grateful for the service and would gladly work with them again for future roofing needs.
