⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing experience at Rich Taste LLC! The customer service was exceptional from start to finish—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable. The food was amazing and full of flavor. You can really tell time and effort go into the food because the seasonings were perfect and everything tasted so fresh and delicious. The environment was very clean, peaceful, and relaxing, which made the experience even better. It’s hard to find a place that gets everything right, but Rich Taste LLC definitely did. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and great vibes!
Food > it's just ok/decent, nothing to rave about or drive 30 minutes for and have to wait 1hr 15mins for a pre-order. The wings were not completely done, got home and had to put them in the air fryer, mac-n-cheese was salty and oily, it's not what your Grandma, Mama, or Aunties making. The fish was fried good, taste wise it was just ok, If that hot honey sauce wasn't on it, hmm nah. The fried shrimp were decent, fried good but not absolutely delicious & Those "yams" were not YAMMING 🫥 just gross for real, omg! The fries were the best and that's what it was. We won't be back, we tried it, not impressed. Three orders; The food looks pretty but that's not enough. Service > keep that brown/light skinned female away from the service window. Very nonchalant and lacks professional customer service. The dark skinned dude in the hoodie with the gap, he's alright, but he looks dirty; nails were dirty on all 3 visits. He may or may not be cooking but if he's handling or bagging food in any type of way, he needs to have gloves on Atmosphere > mediocre & uninviting
After much thought, I ended up going with the salmon and shrimp plate, served with mac & cheese and collard greens. To wash it all down, I had a cup of their Rich Punch. Let me tell you—I didn't regret a single bite. Everything was absolutely delicious! From the warm, friendly customer service to the outstanding food, the entire experience was top-notch. If you're in the Jacksonville area, this spot is definitely a must-try!
Found this place on TikTok! I drove 45 minutes and let me tell you, this place did not disappoint!! The young man took my order was very nice and professional. Beautiful and clean on the inside. I ordered the lobster and shrimp pasta for $27. The portions are massive, seasoned to perfection, and the Alfredo sauce is unmatched. I’m literally eating leftovers right now🤣 listen…..run don’t walk!!! 1000 out of 10🔥🔥
Let me start by saying the best customer service in town!! Very knowledgeable about the menu. Everyone was so welcoming. Now, the turkey wings and greens needs some work. The mac and cheese was simple but it wasn't nasty. For $22.84 i want more turkey wings not rice. Yeah to pricey for no flavor. Maybe try the salmon 🤔 will see. Thanks tho for the great customer service
