Contacted Rhino Roofing & Construction to install a screen enclosures for my lanai at my new house. Great service! No issues here. Pictures speak for itself!
After searching around and receiving multiple estimates from numerous roofing companies for a full roof replacement, Rhino Roofing was the best choice. They were responsive to my service call and were genuinely concerned with the safety of my family. They offered competitively priced estimates and also offer interior repairs. The roofers were quick yet, they managed to to keep the work area clean at the end of the day. Great experience and very professional company.
Rhino roofing guys did a great job with the process of replacing my roof. They took care of all the paperwork with transparent communication and approval from us at every turn. They handled communications with insurances and guided us through the process of making a claim. John, Steven and Lyndsey were extremely helpful and responsive to all queries and available via text 24/7. If you're thinking about replacing your roof and looking for a seamless process.. call them up!
After Hurricane Irma, my old roof became even worse. I live on the corner and was bombarded with roofing salesmen. It was hard to pick a reputable one, especially after hearing on the news about roofing insurance scams. I was so overwhelmed, I put a No Solicitation sign on my door. Rhino Roofing left their card on my door and for some reason, I kept it. I saw the reviews and loved the fact that they’re a small business. I gave them the call to ask about the process. I’M SO HAPPY THAT I DID!!! From beginning to end, Brian and Vahn were so professional and easy going. They kept in contact with me and answered my many questions to ensure I was satisfied throughout the project. That eased my mind. The roof was started at the scheduled time and competed earlier than expected. The workers were very nice as well. The big test was seeing if the roof could withstand the rainy Memorial Day weekend. I didn’t have one leak. Not only was the project completed fast, the quality shows as well. Thank you so much Rhino Roofing for making this overwhelming task a breeze. Highly recommended!
We are thrilled with our new roof. Luke from Rhino was extremly professional and thorough. He worked directly with the insurance company and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. The work was completed in a timely fashion and the quality of the work was exceptional. Luke went above and beyond and Rhino Roofing is fortunate to have such and employee that exemplifies such a high level of professionalism. Thank you Rhino and Luke for a great experience and outcome.
