My family and I came here for Easter lunch and were somewhat disappointed. We had made a reservation and showed up on time, but didn’t sit down at our table for maybe 45 minutes. If I remember correctly, it was almost an hour cause we were starving. We sat outside, walked around the store, and still didn’t have our table ready. By the time we did sit, everything took so long to come out. Our waitress was very sweet, but drinks and food took forever to get to us. By that point, we already knew what we wanted to order since we had a long time to sit and look at the menu. I understand it was a holiday, but that shouldn’t change service. Although the food was tasty, it was cold. The only things that were cold and should have been warm were the meat and cheese board and the crab appetizer. My steak was cold, and I didn’t want to send it back cause who knows how long that would have taken. The dessert was very tasty and came out somewhat quicker than everything else did. Overall, I was excited to try here as everyone hyped it up. I need to give it a second chance on a weekday when there are fewer people and not a holiday. The prices are outrageous for the quality and portions, but I guess it’s all because of the name of the store you’re eating at.
We had an amazing time at the RH Rooftop Restaurant Friday 4/10 @ 11am, we had an awesome waiter named Rocky, this was our first time here and we asked them what their favorite meal was, with plenty of choices, I went with Honey Glazed Salmon and Puree Potatoes, I also got the peach puree Bellini. The meal was absolutely spectacular, I don’t mean to toot my own horn, I have mastered cooking salmon in my home and am always worried because it’s hard to top in my opinion. The honey glazed salmon was absolutely phenomenal and those puréed potatoes with the butter on top was just AMAZING! My mom got the Chinese chicken salad, and it also was just as amazing! I even took the to go homes as she isn’t a to go person lol and will be eating tonight, the dressing was SO GOOD. I do think the Bellini was good, but do feel $18 is a LITTLE steep for price for portion, but I digress and it was good nonetheless. For dessert, we got the crème brûlée butterscotch and OMG that was our first time trying crème brûlée and it was absolutely delicious, thanks to our amazing waiter Rocky again for suggesting their fave! The overall feel was amazing and service was spectacular. Since it was our first time here, I was a little apprehensive with the reviews regarding the food being mediocre for the price. I thought it was well worth the price and the portions are very reasonable. We will definitely be back and hopefully have Rocky again as our waiter!
We had a really nice experience at the RH Rooftop Restaurant. The ambiance is beautiful and relaxing, with a bright, open space that makes it a great spot to unwind. The service was great. Shoutout to Rocky, our waiter, who was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly without being over the top. The food was solid and well-prepared, and overall it was a really enjoyable dining experience. We would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice atmosphere and good food in Jacksonville.
We went here for my friend’s birthday celebration and it was such a great experience! After reading some reviews, I still went in with an open mind and I am glad I did. The service was great very attentive and warm welcoming. Will definitely be back! I did add some pictures but there are some things we had that is not pictured!! Shrimp cocktail 9.5/10 Grilled shrimp 10/10 Crispy Artichokes 9/10 RH Bellini 9/10 Cesar Salad - my friend said it was great ! He ate it all and plus I tasted the croutons, definitely homemade and delicious ! Sweet Potato - my friend said it was good. The potato was fresh but she thought it could be a bit bigger but it was okay because she also ate the artichokes. She added that she really liked the white sauce that came with it we didn’t know what it was but it was good! Salmon w/mash potatoes 10/10 - Cooked so well and very juicy ! Crispy Brocollini 10000/10 You must get ! Grilled Aparagus 100/10
Had the best Valentine’s Day ever, it was so so so gorgeous. The ambiance was delicious and speaking of delicious we ordered the wagyu steak, king salmon, caviar topped king crab rolls, truffle fries and a caramelized banana split. The food was absolutely amazing 10/10. The banana split was probably our favorite part. We shared everything half and half. We booked our reservation a month in advance just to be safe for Valentines Day. Our server was very nice and was transparent about pricing as well as expectations for the food. We were seated promptly and had an amazing time.
