Never ever never use the delivery service. Instead of one day, all items, it's now stretched out to 2 weeks w/ 10 different delivery's 1/2 of which were delayed on multiple occasions. I paid for inside delivery, which didn't happen, had to delay my contractor and had to take multiple days off from work which cost me money. This is the last time I will ever buy from this store or this company.

My husband spent two hours at the store attempting to pick up a rental van that we had successfully reserved online 3 days prior. Due to issues with their 3rd party reservation system being unable to accept any form of ID from any of the customers, he had to walk away without the rental and we had to reschedule our cargo pickup. While they did offer to comp our next rental, there was no real solution to the problem or understanding by the staff of what caused it. Bypass using Home Depot's 3rd party system for a cargo rental and go to U haul.
Always handy and ready full if tools.
Always a great experience at HD rental! And so helpful!
