Absolutely complacent management over there, scheduled a lift three days prior and got into town to pick up and they tried saying they never seen the reservation and insisted it was never made with phot proof of the confirmation email to there face!! Just to have the manager call after leaving apologizing for his guys because it was made they just didn't want to mention they forgot to stage any of it. Absolute joke!

Related to Penske truck rental. Dropped off here after moving from Tampa. Was late due to unanticipated personal move-in related issues (long day for us), New Years traffic and the apparent increased Home Depot shopping during this time. Gentleman (Chuck, maybe?) in rentals stayed on phone with Penske and requested a waive of late fee. And much to my surprise, they agreed and the fee was waived. Thank you for going above and beyond for me and my family after a long weekend of relocating. 👍🏼🙌🏼🇺🇸
Got charged 121 dollars to rent a hand dollar that cost 50 bucks at tractor supply
Got what I needed ... but Stewart’s rude as hell.🤷♂️
Plenty of tools and equipment available to rent. The trailers are expensive.
