Renna's Pizza

Dined in at 630pm today. Food was delicious, exquisite meatball sub! My partner got a slice of pizza and a salad and also loved it! The guy up front was friendly, but the little lady behind the counter was incredibly rude. She acted like us placing an order was an inconvenience. Zero eye contact, barely mumbled, and seemed like she'd rather be anywhere else. The items were brought to the table slowly, one by one, with my sub coming last as my partner was practically finished eating. Also, when she brought my sub, she practically tossed it at our table from a distance, and was already turned away refusing to acknowledge us. Felt very unwelcoming. Finally when we asked about the chips that were supposed to come with the sub, she coldly just pointed at the wall where they were hanging and stormed off. Okay... Like I said, great food, but wow, the service without a smile will definitely make us reconsider stopping in again.

We ordered takeout dinner and had the Sicilian pizza, garlic rolls, and buffalo wings. All of the food was good but the Sicilian pizza wasn’t my favorite and the wings were on the smaller size. Overall would definitely order again but maybe a different kind of pizza next time.

We used to give Renna's 5 stars, and we still think they have the best pizza. But, they've made some changes that we were disappointed in. First, they cancelled any happy hour. Second, you can't get a side salad to go with your pizza. You can only get a dinner sized salad. And, to add insult to injury, the dinner sized salad (for the dinner sized price) did not come with enough dressing, so we asked for more for which there was an additional fee of $ .75. We'll probably be back, but it was disappointing...
