Here’s a stronger version that includes that point while remaining factual: I gave this place 2 stars because my experience did not match what was advertised. When I booked my appointment, I was told I would receive an 80-minute Japanese head spa treatment for $125. However, the actual head spa lasted only about 50 minutes. When I showed the front desk the text message confirming 80 minutes, I was told it was “a typo” and that the remaining time included preparation and getting ready. What makes this explanation even more confusing is that I arrived at 12:30 p.m. and left at 1:30 p.m., so I was there for only about 60 minutes total, not 80 minutes. That clearly does not support the claim that the appointment was 80 minutes long. The service itself was pleasant, but advertising an 80-minute treatment when the actual appointment isn’t even 80 minutes is misleading. If the treatment itself is around 50 minutes, that should be clearly stated so customers know exactly what they’re paying for. I hope they update their advertising to accurately reflect the actual service time. This version sticks to verifiable facts, which tends to make reviews more persuasive and credible. I really would have gone back to this location, had they not misled me like this. I am very disappointed. I also wrote back to the person texting me from their office and did not get any response.

I had a Japanese head spa treatment and it was heavenly. The whole experience was so lovely, and I was well cared for even sitting in the waiting area. Kim is so kind and attentive. This place is definitely where to go to feel pampered!

Seriously the best in St. Augustine!! If you’re looking for a massage therapist or facial you have to come here! Jen does amazing facials and is the nicest ever. She explains what’s going on and what your skin might need in the warmest friendly way. I love her! And I think Ariana might have given me the best massage I’ve ever gotten and I’ve had over 50! Check out their monthly specials too!

Went today for a Japanese hair spa and saw Jennifer. It was literally the best thing ever! The location is in a great area, right by the World, golf village. The space is beautifully decorated, and you instantly feel relaxed when walking Kim, the assistant manager is very sweet and welcoming with a smile always in her face.Highly recommend!! And will return for more services
