Reliable Ducts Heating & Cooling

Highly recommend! Not only was our mini split for our garage high quality & affordable, Trace, Ryan and Anthony were awesome to work with! They were all professional, polite, knowledgeable and even accommodating when it came to a request of a custom placement of the lines for aesthetic reasons. Thank you Reliable Ducts! Very impressed!

We had a great experience with our HVAC technician, Trace Reynolds. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Our AC issues had been lingering for about a year—even before we closed on our home—and we were struggling to get support through the warranty. Trace stepped in and quickly diagnosed the exact problem. He went above and beyond to assist us, even when the warranty department was initially unwilling to help. His persistence and expertise made all the difference in finally getting the issue resolved. We truly appreciated his responsiveness, clear communication, and commitment to making sure everything was handled properly. He is a true asset to Reliable Ducts, and we would trust Trace with any future issues as well as confidently refer him to friends and family. Highly recommend!

Every time I’ve called this company I speak with an actual human being. This would seem like a low bar, but it’s incredibly appreciated. I had to reschedule an appointment and it could not have been simpler. Trace, the professional who did our work was thorough and took his time to explain the system far more in depth than our original knowledge. Excellent experience. Clear and fair pricing. No reason to call anywhere else. Well done Reliable Ducts.

Trace Reynolds is hands down the main reason I will stay with this company as long as he is employed. Trace is an absolute outstanding person and has never once lead me in the wrong direction and has always been honest about his approach with my AC. Reliable Ducts is a great company and has always been on top of it when there is an emergency. Could not recommend Trace and Reliable Ducts more.
