Ocean State Heating & Air Conditioning

I am so glad that my friend recommended this company! I have even thanked him for telling me about this company. Rob was here for a walk through and send us an estimate. That was at the beginning of this week. Based on the recommendation I got about this company, I decided to move forward. 3 days later (today), 2 trucks with 4 gentlemen came in to clean the vents. Parker, Daniel and the 2 other gentlemen (I apologize for not remembering their names) were very professional, courteous and cautious to not create a mess in my home. Rob showed up towards the end of the job from another client to check on the quality of the work & noticed that there was additional treatment needed to stop the bleeding instead of using a band-aid so the gentlemen brought the equipment back in and spent an additional hour to make sure everything was handled to take care of the issue and set me up for no issues moving forward. I will definitely be using Ocean State for regular cleaning and any additional work that I may need in the future from them. Not a job well done, an excellent job done and better experience! Thank you for making me want to praise the work done. - David Sheik

From Rob's first visit to evaluate what needed to be done through installation of a new A/C system and dehumidifier a few days later, the entire team was very professional, prompt, and courteous. Great experience with a service provider that cares about quality and their customers!

Alex did a great job during our every six month checkup. He explained everything in detail and was extremely professional in his demeanor and attitude. I highly recommend!

I had Sky as my Technician today, it was 30 degrees outside. I have two systems he was maintenancing. Sky did and outstanding job on both systems equipment inside and out. Very Professional, knowledgable, meticulous and personable. I have regular services done on my A/C systems but I failed to notice the lack of attention that one system was receiving. Sky noticed and ask me question about previous services which I could not answer because I don't Helicopter over service personnel to closely and never noticed. Sky attention to detail caught the fact that the coils and drain system lacked cleaning and took it to task correcting this situation and even manufactured himself a tool on the spot to fully complete the service task properly. This type of attention to detail and dedication to completing a task fully and correctly is why I use Ocean State AC
