Chris was fantastic! I came in after attempting to replace my laptop battery myself and quickly realizing I was in over my head. 😂 From the start, he was honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on finding the right solution—not selling me an expensive repair. When I returned because another issue came up, Chris took the time to troubleshoot carefully and diagnose the problem instead of immediately recommending a costly replacement. That level of transparency and customer care is hard to find. You can trust Chris to give you straightforward advice, explain your options, and put your best interests first. Highly recommend—we’ll definitely be back!
Called multiple repair shops in Jacksonville Florida, Rekonekt Riverside gave the best price hands down and turnaround! Customer service was top tier as well! Thanks so much for bringing my Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max back to life!
Called multiple repair shops in Jacksonville Florida and no one could beat rekonekt riversides price, turn around time, and customer service was the best! Chris helped me out fast and gave me the best options for apple phones! I’m gonna bring my laptop back to him next! Thank you!
What a great company. Fixed my MacBook. Price was fantastic. Work was done extremely fast and the customer service was unbelievable. Went over and above to get the job done. Highly recommended.
I stopped by today to get my tablet repaired. In our conversation I mentioned to Chris that I hadn't had the tablet quite a year yet. He reminded me there is a one year warranty. I called the company I received the tablet from and sure enough it was still in warranty. Now I'm getting a new tablet replacement for a small fee, much less than repairs or a new tablet. Thank you Chris for saving me many dollars. You have fixed my previous phones always for a reasonable fee and today was fantastic. Go see Chris at Rekonekt in Riverside, Jacksonville, FL.
