Everyone, beware of this company. They are not reliable, nor are they respective of their clients needs. They will lock you into a contract that is outrageous. They will force you to terminate your business if an owner tried to relocate, cancel, or even had better opportunity. It is a huge disservice and we highly recommend to look elsewhere. This company is terrible regardless of the location.

I’ve been a client for this company before and they’ve just gone downhill over time. Just a complete scam now, my husband and I were simply getting a mailbox service blindsiding us with a $99 “activation” fee, never been notified of and once I signed it was too late. I cancelled right after signing as the activation fee was put on the first invoice, the manager “Rob” mentions “the system is automated” and now even though the service hasn’t started and we’re not interested they’ve put an outstanding balance on our account. Adding late fees to a service we were never provided, charging us for a mailbox we never signed USPS agreement for (federal law) still accruing fees on the invoice while still breaking all these laws. Complete scam of a company.

These people them that handle the mail just don't know what they are doing. Every time they forward my mail, I never get it. Regus needs to do a better job training their staff how to be more professional with their service and mail handling.
