Regina Sooey, J.D. Jacksonville, FL Realtor RE/MAX Specialists

Regina helped me in 2015 with the sale of my home in Jacksonville. It was a complicated sale involving a tenant in place, and Regina did a great job at navigating the various obstacles. She guided me towards a successful closing and positive outcome for all involved. I would absolutely recommend Regina for your real estate needs!

I would never again buy a house that Regina is selling. She was rude and disrespectful to our realtor. Everything was last minute, or late. After we bought the house the lockbox was on the door for weeks after. We were told our windows had a lifetime transferable warranty. We found out after we moved in that the warranty did it transfer. After multiple calls to the window company, they agreed to transfer it since they felt bad for us, but have to pay a fee. They almost canceled it because Regina called them and once again was extremely rude and disrespectful to them. Long story short, don’t trust her.

Regina is a very tenacious energetic agent who always has your best interests at heart. She will guide you through every step of buying and selling your home. I would highly recommend Regina.

Regina was fantastic to work with. She listened to all of my wants and all of my husband’s concerns. We found the most perfect house and Regina really made the whole process as easy as possible.
