stayed here a couple times, once being long term. i will say if you’re not from jax- don’t stay here. if you’re not used to the area and it’s sketchy - ness, i’d advise you to find somewhere else to stay. this isn’t for people passing through or vacation. locals like myself stay here when extremely down on luck or in active addiction and don’t mind the chaos surrounding it. it’s not safe whatsoever. don’t leave the room once it gets dark and i’d advise you to never stay here alone, especially as a female. it’s known for the dope and other criminal activity and there’s no sort of security other than the lock on your door. staff is fine but not attentive. roaches everywhere and nothing is clean. but hey i never minded it and its always gonna be here if i ever need a place to crash if shit goes south.
Under new management friendly staff spacious rooms, quiet, convenient reasonable rates needed someone to stay when I got back here from Sarasota Florida while my house was being finished Came here and that was a wise choice.
These room are in DEPLORABLE condition! I would be embarrassed to even admit staying here. The price is about the only thing I can say I actually LIKE about this hotel 😬 you get what you pay for or in this case, even less. 😯😣🫨😷🙅🏽♀️🏃🏽♀️
