Georgette I called Reby Apartments looking for a one bedroom one bathroom renovated. I came in one morning to ask Georgette can I do a tour? She told me she showed me around the part was so beautiful and I can’t wait to move in. She was so professional at what she do and friendly. She is a nice Leasing Agent. She walked me through the application process. I’m moving in next month on the first until one of your beautiful apartments. If it was not for Georgette, I won’t be moving here. She explained everything in detail details. now I’m closer to my daughter and my grandkids. I may be five minutes away. I went to five different apartments, but when I came here, she was like the last one And she very welcome me into a new home thank you I love your amenities, your gym, your dog your playground. Your pool area is so beautiful. I feel like I was home already
I really enjoyed working with Mrs. Georgette during my leasing experience with Red Bay Apartments. She was very knowledgeable and communicative throughout the entire experience. She followed up with me on multiple occasions to ensure that everything went smoothly. Her vibrant personality was a joy to be around.
WORST PLACE EVER UPDATES: PEOPLE WALK INTO UOUR HOUSE IF DOORS UNLOCKED PEOPLE CANT EVEN PUT TRASH IN EMPTY DUMPSTER. BEWARE! If u have kids!! I would highly avoid this place as the apartments are very very old. They add on extra fees for air filter, pest control, and water all of which they do not provide except the water but $75 a month for a single unit is crazy when I could pay my own individual for cheaper. There is cats and homeless people walking around cars, and peoples houses. The Neighborhood kids would check to see if your door is unlocked while you’re home. The maintenance is very poor as I’ve had a broken back door the entire time I lived there I cannot even use my back door, There’s pipes constantly busting and they turn off our water or my apartment floods from the neighbors and maintenance does nothing about it, especially in the middle of the night. There is a moisture problem if you run your dryer everything in your house will mold they have poor ventilation, and fans, also doesn’t help I cannot open my back door. Units are constantly empty, and there is bugs and broken glass and doors on them which leads to your apartment being infested with other bugs as well. I have never seen roaches so big or so many until I came here.
George have good customer service skills. She showed me a beautiful one year one bathroom renovated. I put in my application and I’ll be moving in next week. I’m looking forward on moving into my new home at Reby Apartments. Thank you for having a wonderful person. That’s in the office as a leasing agent. She take pride and what she do over. I give her a 10 in customer service skills. She explained everything that I needed to bring in. Yes, I would recommend rehab apartments to my coworkers or my friends.
My overall experience was well over my expectations . Mrs Georgette kept in communication with me throughout the entire process , made sure I understood every step, everything needed furthermore even added a deal which blessed me and my kids with such a heartwarming home. I greatly appreciate everything and will recommend her any time ! Thank you team and special thanks to Mrs Georgette
