This was by far the worst car-buying experience I have ever had. I bought a car a month ago from this dealership, and less than an hour after driving it off the lot, it started losing power and having serious mechanical problems. I felt completely misled and extremely disappointed. The warranty they advertise was, in my experience, completely useless and did not help resolve the issue. On top of that, communication was terrible, and I was left feeling ignored after the sale. I spent thousands of dollars only to end up with a vehicle that had major problems almost immediately. When you buy from a dealership, you expect honesty, transparency, and a vehicle that is at least safe and reasonably reliable. That was not my experience at all. I would never recommend buying a car from this dealership. Please be extremely careful and do your research before spending your money here. I sincerely hope no one else has to go through what I experienced.
Found through Facebook marketplace, lied about condition of car saying it has no issues. Got there and they showed me a completely different vechile (knew because the paint was a different color) with a cracked windshield and a check engine light. Then said i need to learn how to read because they said it in the FBMP ad but they deleted it and blocked my facebook account right after. I could not get back to the original FBMP post but i could get a blurry photo of the PFP. If you can see the photo shown had no cracked windshield and the one in the lot was spiderwebbed. Don’t go here, scummy car dealership.
I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo a few weeks ago. Tony was helpful, personable and worked with me to be able to stay in budget. And when a miscommunication came up about transferring my own tag, Tony was understanding and remedied the situation fairly. The staff is very friendly and the vehicle I bought was a gem for a cash only car. I'd recommend it if you're looking for a cash vehicle. Every vehicle I test drive was in really good condition.
I recently purchased a used car from here and I’m very satisfied. The staff were honest and supportive throughout the process. They explained everything clearly including vehicle history and pricing. The paperwork was completed quickly. The car was exactly as promised and delivered on time. Overall a very reliable dealership experience.
We bought a 2010 GMC Acadia from them & before we got home it started dying. Immediately needed a new battery. It wasn't a huge cost so I was OK with it. Then a few weeks later the AC died and it wasn't running right. Took it to the dealership and they said we needed a new transmission! The warranty they sold us only covered $500 of repairs. It ran a few months before it completely died. $5K wasted.
