Proper Exterior Cleaning

Second update, this business owner has turned a negative into a positive and is now cleaning the front of my house as a courtesy. He is clearly committed to the reputation of his company and has provided excellent service today. I am very impressed with Austin and his crew! This company cleaned my two neighbors yards yesterday and was kind enough to leave all of the mud at the end of my driveway for me to drive through, track up onto my pavement and ultimately cleanup. I made two calls to the owner Austin today and received no callback as of yet. My wonderful yard crew is actually helping me with the cleanup but it was several shovels full of mud and silt that resulted from the cleaning of their properties left at the end of my driveway. UPDATE- Austin is that my house now and is cleaning up the mess from yesterday. He apologized and was sincere and very nice. I’m impressed with a company that addresses something like this so quickly. He just showed up to fix the problem. So I’ve changed my rating from one star to four stars. I did not hire them but again had issues from the cleaning next-door.

Unfortunately it seems I can only give 5 stars.. if I could I’d give a thousand stars! Austin and his team exceeded all my expectations. The job they did was incredible- everything turned out so beautiful and Austin and his team went above and beyond. True professionals. I’d recommend this company every single time without hesitation!

The crew members were simply amazing! Very cool, explained the whole process and were super friendly and professional. The results were even better than I expected. Excellent service, great results, very professional staff.

We use Proper Exterior Cleaning for our annual house softwash and they never disappoint! Always leaving my house, driveway, and sidewalks looking brand new.
