I have been a tenant with this property management company for 3 years and counting. I absolutely love the home that I lease and a big part of that is the leasing experience. Liz Alicea and Jeanna are the reps that I work with. They helped me overcome obstacles to get into the home and when I moved in the owner had left me a gift card for pizza to eat while I was moving in. During COVID when leases were renewing for $400 and up per month my landlord only increased my rent $25 per year. I’ve had to place 3 service calls when my AC went out during exceptionally hot months and on each occasion I had an AC guy fixing the problem on the same day. I would highly recommend this company and more specifically Liz Alicea and Jeanna.
